Yoga nidra is a guided meditation technique that promotes deep relaxation and inner peace. It is often described as a "yogic sleep" because it induces a state of altered consciousness similar to drowsiness, but without actually falling asleep.
Yoga Nidra reduces stress and anxiety AND:

You will lie comfortably in a supine (lying on the back) position.
Diane will lead you through a series of steps that involve:
Body scan: Focusing attention on different parts of the body and releasing tension
Breath awareness: Observing and deepening the breath
Visualization: Creating mental images and stories
Intention setting: Establishing a positive intention for the future
